ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Delivery Lead Senior Manager WORK SETUP: Return to Office OVERALL PURPOSE: To provide strategic leadership for compliance operations by driving regulatory adherence, risk management, operational excellence, and client governance across large-scale global delivery teams. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and oversee compliance operations across global delivery teams, ensuring adherence to regulatory, contractual, and client requirements.

Establish, implement, and continuously improve governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks to support operational excellence.

Serve as the primary compliance subject matter expert in areas such as AML/KYC, Financial Crime, Regulatory Compliance, Audit Readiness, and Operational Risk.

Manage client-facing governance forums, executive stakeholder engagements, audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance assessments.

Drive proactive risk identification, control testing, policy governance, and remediation activities to minimize operational and regulatory exposure.

Ensure audit readiness and successful execution of internal, external, and client audits through robust controls and documentation practices.

Lead large-scale, multi-site teams while driving workforce performance, capability development, and a culture of compliance and accountability.

Partner with clients, legal, risk, security, and business leadership teams to address regulatory requirements and emerging compliance risks.

Champion continuous improvement, automation, and transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency while maintaining compliance obligations.

Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends, translating requirements into operational controls, processes, and governance practices.

Oversee third-party and vendor compliance activities, including due diligence, outsourcing governance, contractual compliance, and regulatory reporting.

Provide strategic insights and executive-level reporting on compliance performance, risk exposure, audit outcomes, and operational health. OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Rotation Shift Project Rest Day: Rotation Off Project/Team Location: Quezon Cyberpark Tower 3

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Standard SDL Profile

At least 12 years of relevant experience in Service Delivery

At least 10 years of supervisory experience
