ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Procure to Pay Operations Senior Analyst WORK SETUP: RTO OVERALL PURPOSE: The Travel & Expense (T&E) Analyst is responsible for processing, auditing, and managing employee travel and expense claims in accordance with company policies and compliance standards. This role supports the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process by ensuring accurate, timely reimbursements, policy adherence. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

2–4 years of experience in Travel & Expense

Strong knowledge of T&E policies, reimbursement processes, and compliance requirements.

Experience with T&E tools such as Navan, Concur, SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar systems.

Proficiency in MS Excel/GSheets (basic formulas, pivot tables preferred).

Has knowledge in automation (e.g., Power Automate/UiPath/Chat GPT), analytics (Power BI), and system configuration knowledge across enterprise T&E platforms (nice to have)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to manage deadlines and handle high transaction volumes. OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Quezon, Gateway Tower 2

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: At least 3 years of relevant experience in PTP specific to T&E At least 1 year supervisory experience
