RESPONSIBILITIES: The Capability Development Instructor New Associate is responsible for the overall capability development program in specific business units in Accenture Operations (specifically F&A biz unit). He/She is expected to provide direct support to business unit(s) of high complexity. His/Her responsibilities include:

Assisting in Conducting Needs Assessment

Supporting alignment of business needs with training solutions

Contributing to the design and development of training solutions

Assisting in the coordination and delivery of trainings

Assisting in data collection and analysis of training results

Collaborating with internal teams such as Delivery Team, Mobilization, Operations, and other teams to ensure proper and smooth trainings are being delivered OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Rotation Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Quezon City, Gateway Tower 2

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 1 year training experience from any industry

At least 2 years F&A experience (PTP or RTR or OTC); can be from previous roles, not necessarily in training

Individual Contributor

Preferably with experience writing DTPs, not required

Preferably with MS Office knowledge (Excel, PPT), not required as these can be enabled once onboarded

100% RTO

Any topic can be covered during demo teaching
