POSITION TITLE: Cash Application Analyst

WORK SETUP: Return to Office

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Post customer payments accurately and promptly, including checks, Electric Funds Transfer/wire transfers, and bank adjustments.

Review, research, and resolve customer deductions and disputes.

Accurately post checks from medium to complex transactions by researching and resolving problems within designated guidelines by speaking directly with customers on the phone, or composing and sending letters, or researching through multiple database resources, as necessary.

Process collection checks, EFT/wire transfers

Process bank adjustments

Support month-end close activities and manage the accounts receivable subledger.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including Accenture Standard Operational Maturity.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve Order to Cash processes and enhance service delivery.

Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift

Project Rest Day: Weekends Off

Project/Team Location: Quezon Gateway Tower 2

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Open to college graduates and undergraduates with relevant work experience

Must have at least 2 years of experience in Cash Application
