ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Procure to Pay Ops Specialist WORK SETUP: Return to Office OVERALL PURPOSE: P2P Team Lead - responsible for managing the end-to-end P2P process, including procurement operations, invoice processing, payments, and vendor query resolution. The role involves leading a team of P2P associates, ensuring process efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and control. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for activities assigned by the PTP Tower lead

Ensures both contractual SLAs and operational KPIs are met (responsibility of delivering the service within agreed deadlines and of the required quality)

Conduct regular team meetings, provide guidance, and support employee development.

Ensures that all invoices are paid according to company terms and time critical invoices are processed.

Monitors statistics from processing and reviewing teams; ensure that productivity and quality targets are being achieved.

Acts as an escalation point for issues raised by the client. Ensure fast resolution of these issues and implement preventive controls/actions.

Communicates with the client to ensure that process documentations are up to date and comply with the latest changes in policies or procedures.

Working with key stakeholders, Accenture and clients, to ensure seamless and cost-efficient performance

Support process improvement initiatives and automation efforts. OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Quezon Gateway Tower 2

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 5 years relevant work experience in PTP; 3 years’ supervisory experience
