ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Delivery Operations Associate Manager WORK SETUP: RTO Responsibilities: o Perform data entry or other client-related tasks as needed. o Demonstrate expert knowledge of processes and systems. o Make decisions about daily operations, including work assignments and scheduling. o Manage workloads and provide development opportunities. o Ensure quality and accuracy of outgoing work. o Develop support materials for team use. o Prepare and analyze complex reports. o Ensure client responsibilities are met according to agreements. o Act as a subject matter expert and point of contact for senior clients. o Address complex issues and implement resolutions. o Identify and implement team improvement opportunities. o Direct work within budget guidelines. o Collaborate with project managers on large projects. o Analyze quality audits and develop process improvements. o Provide operational statistics and escalate issues. o Plan and facilitate team meetings and presentations. o Create and monitor annual team objectives. OTHERS Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Project/Team Location: Gateway Tower 2

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS

At least 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in Service Delivery

At least 5 years of supervisory experience

Can manage complex projects with minimal supervision

Can conduct performance appraisals and counsel employees

Can ensure completion of time and expense reports
