POSITION TITLE: Power BI Reporting Analyst

WORK SETUP: Hybrid

OVERALL PURPOSE:

To help the automation team build and manage Microsoft tools and dashboards that improve processes and reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build and maintain solutions using Power Apps for form-based interfaces and custom business applications

Design, develop, and optimize Power Automate flows for approvals, notifications, and process automation

Create interactive dashboards and insightful reports in Power BI using DAX and Power Query

Manage and transform data using Excel for reporting, analysis, and dashboard integration

Use Microsoft Forms for survey and data input, integrating responses into automated workflows

Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to gather requirements, design wireframes, and deliver solutions

Maintain documentation of system architecture, workflows, data mappings, and user instructions

Troubleshoot and resolve performance or logic issues in apps, reports, and automation flows

Perform testing, validation, and quality assurance of developed solutions

Ensure compliance with organizational data governance, security, and privacy policies

Integrate with third-party services and APIs when needed (e.g., SharePoint, SQL Server, Outlook, Teams)

Provide training and support to users on developed tools and dashboards

Continuously evaluate and enhance existing solutions for scalability and efficiency

Stay updated with Microsoft Power Platform best practices, feature releases, and trends

OTHERS:

Project Shift Schedule: Mid Shift

Project Rest Day: Weekends Off

Project/Team Location: Quezon City, Gateway Tower 2

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 1-year overall experience

At least 1-year minimum reporting experience

Open to any industry, BPO industry is advantage

Will not facilitate training

Reporting focusing TNA

No training experience requirement

Knows how to use basic powerBI (navigation), excel and PPT
