POSITION TITLE: Quality Auditing Specialist

WORK SETUP: Hybrid

OVERALL PURPOSE:

Service Description: Lead and manage a team of Scheduling Coordinators to ensure that deliverables are met, review and manage SLA/Metrics, provide coaching, and service as a back-up, and arrange coverage for Scheduling Coordinators.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support Supervisor and Assoc. Mgr. through pilots, projects & investigations

Work with QAs to understand and resolve gaps

PA Implementation

Provide expert knowledge on current initiatives/projects

PA SLA and KPI Metrics

Support agnostic workflow and enhance flow mechanisms

Performance Management - Team development to drive efficiency and individual growth “Provide expert knowledge on current initiatives/projects”

Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Standard QA profile

5 to 7 years of solid experience; 3 years of supervisory experience
