As an individual contributor, this role is responsible for driving brand-aligned communications and project rollouts RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Management: Lead and execute branding and communications projects from concept to rollout, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with recruitment goals.
  • Content Development: Create and curate compelling content for internal campaigns, external recruitment marketing, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Recruitment, HR, Marketing, and Communications teams to align messaging and branding efforts.
  • Campaign Execution: Support the launch of recruitment campaigns, events, and digital activations that promote the company’s talent brand.
  • Innovation & Ideation: Propose new ideas, strategies, and creative concepts to elevate the recruitment brand and candidate experience.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of branding initiatives, using data to inform future strategies. OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Quezon City, Gateway Tower 2


  • SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or corporate communications
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and branding best practices
