POSITION TITLE: BPO Finance & Accounting Senior Delivery Lead

WORK SETUP: RTO

Overall Purpose:

We are seeking a leader in driving top quartile, well controlled F&A services operations with key focus on delivery excellence, client value initiating, and transformation journey driving in the new era of reinvention service. Capable of leading 500+ HCs scale operations team and strong capability to build highly engaged and productive team and build trustful relationship with Client senior executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Oversee F&A Project overall Operations, lead on leadership decision execution with D&T team

Provide leadership and manage day to day support and admin, service delivery and operational excellence

Manage master schedule of Continuous Improvement initiatives and service enhancement projects

Manage day to day interactions with client leadership on agreed service deliverables, and client delights

Be responsible of project financials and people development and engagement

OTHERS:

Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift

Project Rest Day: Weekends

Project/Team Location: Client Site

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 12 years of relevant experience in Service Delivery focused on F&A domain

At least 10 years leadership experience
