Responsibilities: General Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for coordinating and guiding teams to ensure focus on profitability, Resource Planning, day-to-day schedule adjustments, real-time service issues and activities, adherence and schedule compliance, and providing key reporting details
  • This position needs to be aware of the financial situation of the account being handled and needs to drive profitability by resource optimization and cost reduction in collaboration with Operations and other departments
  • Drive high client satisfaction by managing service levels situations and providing staffing, scheduling and Real-Time Adherence solutions
  • Increase employee satisfaction through accurate adherence and compliance tracking and enhances company profitability through utilization optimization and intra-day analysis
  • Maintain report integrity, including engaging stakeholders to ensure timely access and accuracy
  • Utilize advanced analytical skills to assess various concepts, alternatives, and proposed solutions, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Define, build, and implement components within Service Transition programs, leveraging existing standard solutions to optimize efficiency and reduce implementation timelines
  • Apply and promote the use of standard Mobilization methods, tools, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across transition activities
  • Continually offer input to innovate processes, systems, organization and culture
  • Manages internal and external audit with processes and controls
  • Responsible for the development of resources under his/her span OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Rotation Shift Project Rest Day: Rotation Off Project/Team Location: Quezon City, Cyberpark Tower 1


  • SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • At least 5 years relevant work experience; 3 years supervisory
  • Should have end to end WFM experience including all WFM functions (RTA, Scheduling, Forecasting, and Capacity Planning)
  • Open to college undergraduates with relevant experience
