Job Description

ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Instructor Analyst WORK SETUP: Return to Office WORK SETUP: Interact with the deal in creating/updating/deploying necessary courses. Monitor the quality and effectiveness of training to metrics and behavior and work with different teams in identifying, solutioning, and deploying training initiatives via an instructor led or blended learning approach. Responsibilities:

Teach in blended learning environment including Instructor Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor Led Training (V-ILT), and Social Learning methods.

Mastery of course content and related courseware, certification as appropriate.

Demonstrate specialist knowledge in assigned curricula areas.

Regularly provide feedback on content and recommend improvement of courseware.

Set-up and break-down classroom environment including course specified lab equipment.

Provide input during course development as Subject Matter Expert (SME). Achieve and maintain necessary certifications.

Achieve and maintain industry certifications in area of specialty mandatory where appropriate.

Maintain expertise through field experience as needed.

Conduct assessments (e.g., Kirkpatrick Level 1 and 2) as per Service Level Agreements (SLA) and administer pre- and post-training exams/tests as required. Act as mentor in obtaining certifications and in overall quality improvement.

May provide pre-sales guidance and support to customers and/or internal team on appropriate training content and duration for training audiences, as needed.

May promote all learning services and clients educational services.

May lead or support training on new content or product/course launch initiatives.

Support supervisor for in-depth content related questions in solution area.

Maintain awareness of the team budget and understand the impacts of financial decisions they make and/or directly influence. OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Rotation Shift Project Rest Day: Rotation Off Project/Team Location: Quezon Cyberpark Tower 1

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Standard Trainer Profile

At least 2 years of relevant experience in Training or as an SME (training domain to be upskilled internally)

Open to college undergraduates with relevant experience
