POSITION TITLE: Advertising Sales Rep Senior Analyst

WORK SETUP: Return to Office

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Strategy Support:

Training and Development:

Design and deliver training programs for sales teams, including onboarding for new hires

Content Creation and Management:

Collaborate with sales leadership/client counterpart to align enablement strategies with business goals.

Develop and implement sales enablement programs to drive revenue growth

Provide ongoing coaching and skill development to enhance sales capabilities.

Develop sales collateral, playbooks, and other resources to support the sales process.

Ensure that sales teams have access to the latest tools, templates, and materials.

OTHERS:

Project Shift Schedule: Rotation

Project Rest Day: Rotation

Project/Team Location: Quezon Cyberpark Tower 1

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 7 years overall experience

With 2 years of relevant experience in BPO Sales

With at least 5 years supervisory experience

Open to any industry
