Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our dynamic team as a Data Analyst / Programmer. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, as well as developing and maintaining software solutions using JavaScript and Python. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects that contribute to the companys overall success.

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis:

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.

Develop and implement statistical models and algorithms to identify trends and patterns.

Create visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

Programming:

Code, test, and debug software applications using JavaScript and Python.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions.

Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of applications through effective coding practices.

Database Management:

Design and maintain databases to store and retrieve data efficiently.

Optimize database queries and ensure data integrity.

Automation:

Develop automated processes to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting tasks.

Implement and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for efficient data handling.

Collaboration:

Work closely with various members across different departments to achieve project goals.

Documentation:

Document code, processes, and workflows to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain a clear record of development activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Proven experience in data analysis and programming using JavaScript and Python.

Knowledge of RPA platforms such as Laiye and UiPath , and a strong understanding of database concepts and proficiency in SQL is an advantage.

Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
