Your Role

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience (CX)

  • Manage customer service inquiries in Gorgias, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions, escalating more complex issues
  • Collaborate with the CX team to maintain clear communication with customers, warehouse, and marketplace partners.
  • Handle CSR “No Stock” and damages cases, observing current processes and eventually taking full ownership.

Marketplace & Ecommerce Operations (OPS)

  • Monitor Mirakl (Nordstrom), Farfetch, Garmentory, and Global-E dashboards daily; resolve late orders, cancellations, and inventory sync issues.
  • Manage catalog uploads and updates (new products, existing product maintenance, offers, and compliance with marketplace requirements).
  • Submit product removals or re-enablement requests as needed.
  • Process and track marketplace orders, cancellations, and customer service escalations.
  • Manage returns workfl ow, including creating and submitting manual RAs and ASNs (via RLM/WMS).
  • Contest damaged returns in coordination with the warehouse (Bergen).
  • Generate and manage shipping labels for Global-E, Garmentory, and Farfetch orders.

  • Customer Service: Gorgias
  • Marketplaces: Farfetch, Nordstrom (Mirakl), Garmentory, Global-E
  • Operations Systems: RLM, WMS
  • Productivity: Excel, Google Sheets

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
  • 1–2 years of experience in ecommerce operations, customer service, or marketplace integrations preferred.
  • Profi ciency with Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Comfortable with repetitive, process-oriented tasks.
  • Experience with Gorgias, Mirakl, or RLM is a plus
