Customer Support Engineer (Network) (m/f/d)

  • Provide technically advanced customer support, responding to enquiries from national and international customers via email and telephone as part of the Customer Service Team
  • Process new customer connections and upgrades, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and problem resolution

This is important to us

  • Several years of experience in customer service or technical support, ideally in the telecommunications industry, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of internet and network technologies (TCP/IP, BGP, network protocols), basic to intermediate Linux skills, and experience with ticketing systems
  • Completed IT-related studies or vocational training (e.g. IT specialist with a focus on networking) or comparable professional experience; data center knowledge is an advantage
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; additional language skills are a plus (e.g. Indonesian, Spanish)
  • A hands-on mindset and willingness to work shifts and participate in a 24×7 on-call rotation
