职位职责：

管理参与 goFLUENT 课程的客户/学习者关系。
根据流程和主管指导，通过电话或电子邮件提供支持：

解决客户投诉。
跟进培训进展。
进行演示电话。
在需要时协助客户经理/销售团队。
达成与学习顾问团队负责人/经理讨论的关键绩效指标（KPI）。

我们在寻找：

中文母语，优秀的读写能力。
具有客户服务和支持经验。
具备同理心和积极的态度，能够解决复杂问题。
具备良好的组织能力，反应灵敏，自主性强。

职位要求：

1至4年客户服务经验。
熟练使用MS Office、Google Docs和Open Office。
高级英语水平，读写流利。
本科及以上学历，专业不限。
