Customer Service Representative

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Man Automotive Concessionaires Corporation in Quezon City. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any 4-year related course.
• With a background in customer service or service delivery is an advantage.
• Ability to handle challenging situations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities
