Your Role

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative you will:

• Initiate high-volume outbound calls to introduce and market our pharmacys services.
• Articulate clearly the value proposition, including fast processing, free delivery, and specialty medication access.
• Develop instant rapport with prospects and professionally handle any objections to close the sale.
• Log and update call activities and lead progression accurately within the designated tracking system.
• Achieve or surpass all assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion and calling metrics.
  
  

• Proven strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Prior experience or basic knowledge of the healthcare industry, medications, or prescriptions.
• Ability to thrive in a role requiring a high volume of outbound calls daily.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City.
  
  

• Previous experience in telesales, outbound calling, or high-volume sales.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to managing records.
• A strong goal-focused mentality with a drive to meet challenging targets.
• Experience using a CRM or call tracking platform.
• Ability to quickly build trust and overcome sales hurdles.
