Responsibilities

  • Responsible in managing Multichannel process wherein you will be able to perform calls and emails, live chats, and social media comments relatively/simultaneously per interval and still deliver great customer experience.
  • Responsible for handling an array of front-facing duties. Some of these tasks including interacting with customers over the phone, in person, and/or via email and social media. Throughout all these interactions Customer Service Representatives must maintain a high level of professionalism and present the organization in the best light possible
  • Fully resolve customer’s concerns/ issues thus preventing customers to file a complaint or make a complaint
  • Put a smile in customer’s faces by providing the best fit resolution to their concerns/ problems
  • Good communication skills. You will operate in many different roles throughout the day so solid communication skills are required. During a typical day of work, you may handle walk in clients/ customers and resolve their concerns holistically. It can be credit card, cash loan, insurance etc.
  • You will need to sell HC products and meet the required sales goals such as conversion rates and sales volume (amount)
  • Utilize various internal and HC based tool and applications for customer management and servicing

  • Answers customer interactions appropriately/ professionally using right words/ terminologies/ tone that can easily be understood by our customers
  • Provides first contact resolution to all customer interactions with a mindset of thinking future and thinking outside the box.
  • Make customers happy by delivering friendly tone and words, accommodating, and providing right fit resolutions
  • Maximize all tools needed to help customers
  • Expected to raise concerns and issues to Supervisors/ Managers/ Leaders as needed to resolve customer concerns
  • Report any issues/ problems encountered that are not usual to direct Supervisors or Managers or Lead
