Position: Customer Service Representative (Senior)

Your Role:

Sales Support

  • Provide effective and professional sales services to the required standards and policies
  • Respond to all enquiries, quotes, and requests professionally
  • Group bookings and reservations
  • Provide effective selling techniques to
  • Identify customer requirements and upsell product offerings
  • Understand and apply the travel agent booking process correctly
  • Assist and resolve issues pre-rental effectively and accurately
  • Report on exceptions to policy where required, and liaise with the manager for guidance
  • Respond proactively to sales leads, ensuring
  • Upselling is applied where appropriate
  • Effectively manage and/or escalate customer complaints
  • Provide support to the team as required

On Road Support

  • Ensure vehicle fleet maintenance and servicing standards and policies are complied with
  • Provide scheduling and coordination of vehicle repair and maintenance on the road
  • Ensure all vehicle registrations and memberships are up to date
  • Support fleet logistics across branches where required

Customer Care Support

  • Ensure all customer queries and feedback, positive and/or negative, are responded to and resolved in a timely and professional manner via all communication channels
  • Report on all positive and negative feedback to management in the prescribed format
  • Escalate and provide relevant data on feedback to management, where trends have been identified, recommending change and/ or improvements
  • Respond to all fleet operation issues within agreed standards and timeframes, ensuring a quick, responsive, and efficient turnaround of services is provided
  • Liaise effectively with external service providers, ensuring customers standards are maintained, and the brand profile remains positive
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders and colleagues through effective networking and the development of high-value relationships

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • A minimum of 3 years’ customer service and or sales role
  • Fleet Operations experience preferred
  • Proven experience working in an inbound sales channel
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Good logistical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent relationship skills
  • Conflict resolution skills
