Job Description

As a Customer Relations Assistant (CRA), you’ll help clients open and close accounts, guide them through savings and investment products, and ensure all documentation and procedures are properly completed.

• Handle day-to-day financial transactions with accuracy and professionalism
• Open and close accounts while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures
• Provide clear guidance on savings and investment products

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Administration, Management, or equivalent
