What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and account details.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Process customer requests, updates, transactions, and service-related inquiries.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using company systems.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  
  

• High school graduate, senior high school graduate, or college graduate.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and active listening abilities.
• Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple applications.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or contact center operations is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays, if needed.
