Job Summary:

The role of the Customer Care Consultant is to provide exceptional customer service for all enquiries and concerns across multiple platforms. In addition they will promote and educate customers on Maxxia’s Novated Lease and Salary Packaging products and services. A high level of ownership and problem solving is required to ensure customer accounts are managed efficiently and effectively reducing financial impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inbound enquiries via email, live chat, or phone call in a courteous and professional manner delivering first call resolution where possible.
  • Educating customers on the Maxxia and RemServ, products and services
  • Promote and educate customers on Maxxia and Remserv’s self-service portal and mobile applications by trouble shooting and co-navigating through the system where necessary
  • Assist customers with amendments and basic administration of their accounts and assist with basic tax related enquires, calculations.
  • Maintain a high standard of process and product knowledge including employer policies and guidelines.
  • Work across multiple IT systems to provide full and complete information to customers.
  • Follow a hybrid model (voice and non-voice) ofworkflow switching from administration to phone calls as required
  • Maintain and update records of every customer transaction including details of comments, inquiries, complaints and actions taken via call notes in the company’s system, assisted by AI
  • Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory and employer policy requirements including compliance with the Privacy Act, Financial Services Regulatory Authority and the Trade Practices Act.
  • Focus on Net Promoter Score by delivering high quality customer service on every customer interaction.
  • Ensure adherence to schedule to provide maximum coverage and support for customers.

Qualifications

Essential

  • 1yr CSR Experience
  • Phone and Admin skills/experience
  • B2 Level of communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic Office Suite knowledge
  • Basic level of competency in entry level mathematics
