Responsibilities

The Credit and Collection Associate (Magnolia) is responsible for documenting and checking collection and payment activities of the mall, including release of collection letters and reconciliation of partners accounts. They perform the ff. functions:

• Analysis of Partners accounts
• Resolving Billing & Collection-related concerns
• Collection of the monthly rent of mall partners
• Monitoring & posting of BIR Form 2307
• Preparation of monthly reports
  
  

• Graduate of Finance or related degree
• With at least one (1) year relevant experience in Credit and Collection or Accounts Receivable, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• SAP Know-How (S4 hana is an advantage)
• Familiar with Vlookup, Pivot and other useful/applicable Excel techniques
• Willing to be assigned at Robinsons Magnolia.
