Key Responsibilities
The Content Producer leads the end-to-end development of brand campaigns, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and strategic content across multiple platforms. This role requires a strong creative vision, hands-on execution, and seamless collaboration with other Resource Development teams, Communications team and external partners. The Content Producer ensures that all initiatives reflect a Christ-centered commitment to serving children and communities.
Responsibilities
Ensures that Christ-centered Commitment is a foundational mandate of every digital marketing process.
Strategy and Execution, including but not limited to:
Be a creative storyteller within World Vision’s brand standards. You must be able to create customer quizzes, educational modules, email copy, and more.
Conceptualize, shoot, produce, edit, schedule and publish video and other multimedia content daily on different social media channels (FB, IG, Tiktok, YT & more)
Ensure timelines, deliverables, and quality expectations are met
Conduct intensive research related to the client industry and its brand. You need to have strong writing skills as well and the ability to be flexible in terms of tone.
Have deep know-how and advanced skills in writing for various digital project channels (website, email, social media, etc.).
Ability to do content repurposing or content refresh to expand content reach
Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide suggestions for different aspects of creatives as well as general approaches in the strategy or execution.
Consistently be a strong advocate for our target markets and provide ways to improve their customer journey using a multi-channel approach
Troubleshoot for the team, should the need arise. This includes taking on projects that require immediate attention
Testing and Optimization, including but not limited to:
Stay on top of trends and updates in digital platforms and apply possible changes to published content to keep them relevant.
Be able to analyze the effectiveness of published content, perform A/B testing, and optimize.
Set clear goals for every project and come up with ways to measure them effectively.
Management, including but not limited to:
Work alongside the brand team and identify on-brand creators for our Influencer program for child sponsorship, and manage gifting, asset briefs, and deliverables.
Manage external consultants as needed – graphic designers and video editors.
Maintains video and audio library
Carry out other duties as required and requested in keeping with the wider needs of the team, particularly in emergencies and in order to support a flexible team approach.
Qualifications
Must be a graduate of Communications, Marketing, Business Management and any related course with background in social media marketing.
With at least 1-2 years of work experience as a content creator in an ad agency or digital media company
Proven experience in content production, brand campaigns, or digital marketing.
Strong creative strategy, storytelling, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple teams.
Experience in social media content creation, influencer marketing, and community engagement.
Familiarity with content performance analysis, A/B testing, and content optimization.
Intermediate Adobe CS skills in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere and After Effects (able to sub-title, add intro and outro, music, voice-over and basic edits).
Experience working with creative freelancers and 3rd party vendors is an asset.
