Job Description
Century Properties Management, Inc. is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to oversee financial management for a high-rise condominium property. You will ensure timely financial statements, manage dues/receivables, and control operating expenses.
You will coordinate with the Property Manager, condominium administration, owners, tenants, suppliers, and auditors to ensure transparent, compliant financial operations and strong internal controls.
