Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Conduct compliance audits, reviews, and process assessments.
Monitor adherence to company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Identify compliance gaps, risks, and process improvement opportunities.
Prepare reports, documentation, and recommendations for management.
Track corrective action plans and ensure timely resolution of findings.
Partner with QA, Operations, HR, and other teams on compliance initiatives.
Maintain accurate compliance records and support internal/external audits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Accounting, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in QA, compliance, audit, or process improvement.
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
QA Associates are encouraged to apply.
