Company Nurse

Job Summary

We are looking for a licensed Company Nurse to promote and maintain employee health and safety in the workplace. The role involves providing first aid and emergency care, maintaining employee health records, implementing occupational health and safety programs, and supporting employee wellness initiatives. The Company Nurse will also ensure compliance with DOLE and DOH regulations and coordinate with healthcare providers as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency medical assistance to employees.
• Monitor employee health and maintain confidential medical records.
• Conduct health assessments, wellness programs, and health education activities.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE, DOH, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.
• Monitor workplace health and safety conditions and participate in emergency preparedness activities.
• Coordinate employee medical referrals, annual physical exams, and HMO-related concerns.
• Prepare health and safety reports and manage the company clinic.
• Support HR in pre-employment medical assessments and other health-related requirements.
  
  

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse with a valid PRC License.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Company/Industrial Nurse.
• Preferably with 40-hour Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training accredited by DOLE.
• Knowledgeable in HMO administration and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
