Registered Nurse

Location: Quezon City

Work Setup: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established medical protocols and policies.
• Monitor and record patients conditions, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
• Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Administer medications and intravenous therapy safely and accurately.
• Educate patients and their families on care plans, treatments, and post-discharge instructions.
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintain updated patient records.
• Adhere to infection control standards and promote patient safety at all times.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
  
  
  

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Minimum of 6 months clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Willingness to work flexible shifts if needed
