What You'll Be Doing

• Assist customers by providing prompt and accurate support.
• Handle inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Record customer interactions and update account information accurately.
• Meet quality and productivity standards while delivering excellent service.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a positive customer experience.
  
  

• College graduate (experience is welcome but not required).
• OR completed at least 2 years of college with a minimum of 6 months of customer service-related experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.
• Flexible to work rotating or shifting schedules.
  
  

• Monthly salary of PHP 18,000PHP 23,000
• 13th Month Pay
