Role Overview

We are looking for a Claims Filer to be part of our team.

The role is responsible for negotiating all liens on settled cases and preparing closing statements for clients.

Main Responsibilities

• Audit settled cases and prepare a settlement breakdown, including all liens and costs.
• Prepare and send lien proposals to providers.
• Negotiate all health subrogation liens.
• Handle Medicare, Medi-Cal, and other statutory liens.
• Account for all case-related costs.
• Manage settlement releases and follow up on settlement checks.
• Perform consistent follow-ups on lien proposals to ensure files are closed quickly and accurately.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years healthcare collections experience.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent follow-up skills.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous.
• Willing to work on night shift schedule
• Must be able to work at 8th Floor Zeta Tower Bridgetowne, C-5 Quezon City.
