Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Radiologic Technology
• Licensed and Registered Radiologic Technologist (PRC)
• Strong communication skills; able to interact professionally and compassionately with patients and staff
• Ultrasound experience is a plus
• Leadership or managerial experience preferred, with strong decision-making skills
• Efficient, able to multitask, and handle a heavy workload
• Demonstrates initiative, integrity, and attention to detail
• Capable of working independently and leading a team to meet goals

• Lead and oversee the imaging team, ensuring high-quality diagnostic services.
• Manage daily operations of radiologic procedures, including X-rays and Ultrasound.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to maintain performance standards.
• Coordinate workflow to meet departmental goals efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff, maintaining professionalism and compassion.
• Handle multiple tasks and high workloads while maintaining accuracy and quality.
