YOUR MISSION 🚀

🎯 Your mission is to relieve our CEO of the simplest to the most complex projects which require discretion and excellence

While building a machine that work without David (CEO) presence

And turn principles into operating systems

Important note:

The responsibilities are broad by design. That is intentional.

You will not do everything at once.

You will sequence, systemize, delegate, and eliminate.

Your missions will be as varied as those of a CEO/COO

  • Personal Operations (Founder)
  • Own the founder’s operating system: inbox, calendar, priorities, and follow-through
  • Manage personal admin (banking, leases, visas, real estate, payments)
  • Coordinate travel with built-in flexibility, and scheduling interviews for the podcast
  • Investing & Real estate management

Outcomes

  • CEO is no longer required for follow-ups, coordination, problem solving
  • Decisions reach the founder prepared, with options, trade-offs, and recommendations
  • Negotiation, and Finding the best suppliers
  • Negotiate with: banks, vendors and service providers, real estate and find leverage even when power is asymmetric
  • Build credible BATNAs (even when not obvious)
  • Benchmark pricing, terms, timelines, and market standards
  • Design pressure points: deadlines, penalties, escalation paths

Outcomes

  • Negotiations conclude faster and on better terms
  • Power asymmetries are neutralized through preparation and alternatives
  • CEO intervenes only at signing or final arbitration
  • Complex Project Management Ownership
  • Own complex projects end-to-end (business and personal)
  • Coordinate experts (legal, technical, financial) without becoming dependent on them
  • Understand enough technically to ask the right questions, detect evasive answers, expose weak assumptions

  • Complex, multi-stakeholder projects move forward
  • Maintain a clean decision record and commitment log
  • Organizational Systems, Execution and Scaling : Make the company Scalable and turn it into a growth machine
  • Own execution cadence (priorities, OKR, follow-through, and progress tracking)
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable operating systems (processes, tools, automations, AI, knowledge base) and eliminate root causes
  • Turn Paradox Philosophy Guides David is writing into rituals and operating behaviors
  • Implement and maintain issue logs, post-mortems, and reflection rituals.

  • Make Meetings More effective across the company

  • Source, screen, review and interview candidates
  • Find excellent service providers, suppliers, partners, and employees in the top 10%
  • Identify role misfits early and surface them clearly
  • Find and negotiate with top-tier providers (lawyers, vendors, partners)

  • Finance & Admin Operations & Cost Discipline
  • Facilitate multi-country admin (France, Portugal, Spain, UAE)
  • Ensure all financial data is complete, accurate, and decision-ready

  • Strong analytical background required, demonstrated through either:
    • graduation from a top-tier business or engineering school or
    • at least 2 years operating as the backbone of a successful startup founder, with direct exposure to decisions, trade-offs, and execution under pressure.

The Reality of This Role (Read Carefully)

This role blends business operations and personal operations.

You will handle matters ranging from high-stakes negotiations and organizational systems to personal logistics, real estate, banking, and sensitive life administration.

The founder’s life is fast-paced and unpredictable.

Opportunities arise last-minute.

Decisions sometimes require evenings or weekends.

This role requires flexibility, discretion, and excellence.
