Chef de Partie Carving Station

to join our culinary team on a full-time basis. This is a key position within our kitchen operations, based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As Chef de Partie for the Carving Station, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation, cooking, and carving of premium meats and proteins, ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and food safety. This role is essential to delivering the exceptional dining experience our guests expect, and you will work closely with the head chef and kitchen brigade to maintain our culinary excellence.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and cook various cuts of meat and proteins according to established recipes and culinary standards

Perform precise carving and portioning of meats to specification, ensuring consistency and visual appeal

Maintain the carving station with proper temperature control, hygiene, and food safety protocols

Monitor stock levels of proteins and other station ingredients, communicating needs to the head chef

Train and supervise junior kitchen staff assigned to the carving station

Execute orders efficiently during service, maintaining quality and presentation standards

Ensure all meat is stored, handled, and prepared in compliance with food safety regulations

Contribute to menu development and seasonal offerings for the carving station

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the carving station and equipment

Collaborate with other stations and the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service
