We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Operations Associate for Commercial Banking.

In This Role, You Will

  • Handle multiple customer calls and/or chats from our customers in our dynamic and fast paced contact center
  • Provide a high quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction by resolving customer queries at first contact where possible
  • Listening to customers and establishing their needs in order to offer relevant products, services and solutions
  • Taking ownership to complete necessary research and customer follow up or alternatively directing the customer to the appropriate department for resolution
  • Responsible for achieving individual performance expectations against appropriate operational risk controls and compliance
  • Offers value added products and services based on customer needs analysis and ensures customer understanding of those products.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Must be proficient in English
  • Open to working flexible shifting schedules
  • Be flexible, customer centric and have the ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Takes pride in delivering what is promised in line with the customer and service expectations
  • Proficiency with personal computers and basic software packages and specialized applications
  • Problem solving skills, a desire to do things better, to identify and set and strive for stretching goals.
  • Strong customer-oriented and process streamline mindset.

What additional skills will be good to have?

Excellent communication skills with the ability to display patience and empathy at all times.

Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.

The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
