We’re looking for a Business Process Senior Associate to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are responsible for providing administrative support to the claims adjudication process.
Position Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for claims processing and adjudication.
- Organize and manage claims-related documents for easy retrieval and accuracy.
- Assist in setting up new claims and updating system records.
- Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Respond to inquiries and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
- Maintain compliance by preparing and managing required documentation.
- Support system updates and data accuracy for claims-related activities.
Required Qualifications
- College Graduate in any field
- Knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong technical, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to exercise flexibility and judgment.
- Demonstrates initiative and accountability
- Commitment to high level of quality and customer service
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to handle stress and work in a high-pressured environment
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Must be able to work on the night shift
