Job Description

We’re looking for a Business Process Senior Associate to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are responsible for providing administrative support to the claims adjudication process.

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for claims processing and adjudication.
  • Organize and manage claims-related documents for easy retrieval and accuracy.
  • Assist in setting up new claims and updating system records.
  • Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
  • Respond to inquiries and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
  • Maintain compliance by preparing and managing required documentation.
  • Support system updates and data accuracy for claims-related activities.

Required Qualifications

  • College Graduate in any field
  • Knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong technical, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to exercise flexibility and judgment.
  • Demonstrates initiative and accountability
  • Commitment to high level of quality and customer service
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to handle stress and work in a high-pressured environment
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work
  • Must be able to work on the night shift

  • Above average problem-solving skills
  • Above average written and verbal communication skills
  • Above average attentiveness to detail (ability to clearly understand and act on presented problem statement; to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information)
  • Fast and accurate data-entry skills with the ability to process high volumes of work accurately
  • Adaptable to change
