Your Role

As a Business Intelligence and Analytics Officer, you will:

• Manage end-to-end analytics projects, from initial requirement definition to the delivery of actionable insights.
• Design and develop complex data reports, dashboards, and forecasting models using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker.
• Automate reporting workflows and data processes to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of performance metrics.
• Govern and maintain data integrity across various reporting systems and platforms, including Excel and Google Sheets.
• Transform raw data sets into meaningful visualizations that support strategic decision-making across various business functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting needs and provide data-driven strategic recommendations.
• Provide guidance, support, and technical training to senior and junior analysts and other key stakeholders on data interpretation.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Proven experience in managing the full lifecycle of data analytics and BI projects.
• High proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Advanced skills in spreadsheet management (Excel and Google Sheets) and data automation.
• Strong ability to translate complex data sets into strategic, actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for training stakeholders and presenting insights to various business levels.
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience in a BPO or Managed Services environment.
• Background in mentoring or leading junior data analysts.
• Knowledge of data governance best practices and statistical forecasting models.
• Familiarity with SQL or other database query languages for data extraction.
