The EXCLUSIVE distributor of BAIC in the Philippines is looking for a Brand Marketing Officer!

Primary Responsibilities

The Brand Marketing Officer is responsible for providing operational support in the planning, coordination, and execution of BAIC's public relations, marketing, brand activation, and event initiatives. The role assists in managing media relations, organizing promotional activities, coordinating event logistics, preparing marketing materials, and ensuring the successful implementation of brand campaigns. The position also provides administrative support by maintaining documentation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring compliance with company branding standards, operational procedures, and event requirements. Through effective coordination, organization, and execution, the role contributes to strengthening BAIC's brand presence, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting the achievement of the company's marketing and business objectives.

Major Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and distributing press releases, media kits, and PR materials in coordination with the immediate superior.
• Coordinate media outreach activities, including scheduling interviews, media test drives, and managing model loan-outs.
• Support event planning and execution by handling logistics, timelines, supplier coordination, and on-ground supervision.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting media coverage, PR performance, and event results.
• Support budget monitoring by tracking expenses, preparing reports, and processing invoices related to PR and events.
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing Department, including preparation of presentations, documentation, scheduling, and file management.
• Maintain and update content calendars to support the timely execution of PR and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Dealer Marketing, and other departments to support integrated marketing initiatives.
• Participate in marketing-led events, both physical and online, and provide necessary support as required.
• Perform other PR, events, and marketing-related tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.
  
  

• College graduate of a four-year business related course or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years of experience in automotive brand marketing; fresh graduates with strong internship experience and excellent communication skills may be considered
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Strong marketing skills
• Amiable, a team player, and willing to learn
