Job Description

Engage with customers to recommend music products that meet their needs.

Collaborate with the team to foster a vibrant, performance-oriented sales culture.
Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience Level: At least 1 - 3 years of experience in sales or related field.
Skills and Competencies:Proficient in public speaking and negotiation.
Experience with sales support and training.
Adept in using social media platforms for sales initiatives.
Strong creative problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Capability to deliver persuasive presentations.
Qualities and Traits: Approachable, persuasive, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
