Frontline DDQ/RFP support for AEs and revenue teams. Triage, fill questionnaires (mostly DDQs), manage cases in SFDC & Loopio, route to XFN DRIs, meet SLAs,), and keep organized repos and trackers
Primary Tasks/Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end proposal lifecycle for assigned RFPs/RFIs/ITNs: intake, compliance matrix, content assembly, and submission
Create and maintain proposal templates, standard content library, pricing calculators, and compliance checklists
Coordinate cross-functional contributors (sales, legal, finance, product, delivery) to collect inputs and approvals on technical, commercial, and legal sections
Develop and validate pricing models and cost assumptions; work with finance to ensure margins and commercial terms meet targets
Ensure all responses meet RFP requirements and internal approval governance; run red-team reviews and final quality checks
Maintain records of versions, submission receipts, and post-submission debrief artifacts; track win/loss outcomes and reasons
Produce bid analytics and dashboards to measure success rates, win drivers, pricing trends, and proposal cycle time
Support strategic capture activities: competitor analysis, win themes, tailoring value propositions, and identifying differentiators
Primary Audience
AE, XFN teams, do not communicate directly to the customer. Internal facing only (e.g., Commercial legal, Privacy, Security, Third party risk, Merchant health and safety, Business continuity, Solution architecture)
All XFN DRIs and people needed are maintained in the loopio process
