The company is a fast-growing restaurant group that holds well-known brands. Office is based fully onsite in Eastwood.
Job Description
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of financial, operational, and compliance audits while evaluating internal controls, business processes, and risk management practices across all entities.
- Create audit plans, reports, and working papers; identify control gaps and operational risks; and provide actionable recommendations, presenting key findings to senior management.
- Oversee resolutions on audit action plans, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and lead fraud investigations and special assignments as requested.
The Ideal Candidate Has
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in end-to-end Internal Audit, External Audit, or Risk Management
- Experience in financial, operational, and compliance auditing
- Proficiency in MS Excel and audit/ERP systems
- Strong communication skills
- CPA license is a plus
