Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Brand Assistant !
The Brand Assistant II supports the development, execution, and growth of the assigned brand portfolio by assisting in new product development (NPD), marketing initiatives, financial monitoring, and cross-functional project execution. The role works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and the effective implementation of brand-building programs that drive business growth.
What are the Roles and Responsibilities?
Support and drive the end-to-end development of new products under the Extruded Pelletized and Granny Goose portfolio, from concept ideation to commercial launch.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and URCreatives) to ensure timely and successful execution of new product development initiatives.
Assist in managing the financial performance of assigned projects, including monitoring budgets, forecasting expenses, and tracking Advertising and Promotions (A&P) spending.
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of launch support programs to ensure successful product introductions in the market.
Generate consumer and market insights to identify opportunities for product innovation and brand growth.
Contribute to the ideation and evaluation of new product concepts and line extensions aligned with business objectives and consumer trends.
Prepare and analyze marketing reports, sales performance, market data, and competitive intelligence to support business recommendations.
Monitor project timelines and ensure key deliverables are completed within agreed schedules.
Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient project implementation.
Perform other brand management and marketing-related duties as assigned.
What are the Qualifications?
1–3 years of relevant work experience in Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Category Management, or related functions is preferred.
Fresh graduates with exceptional academic achievements, leadership experience, and strong internship exposure in marketing are encouraged to apply.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good project management and organizational skills.
Effective time management with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
Highly proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented.
Adaptable and willing to work across different brands and product categories as business needs require.
Brand marketing experience is an advantage but not required.
