What you'll own:

• Provide clerical accounting support, including data entry (invoices, expenses), document preparation, scanning, and filing.
• Assist in verifying invoice accuracy, performing basic reconciliations, and correcting routine accounting errors.
• Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, resolving routine accounting questions and supporting dispute research.
• Maintain and update financial records, including journals, ledgers, and transaction data within accounting systems.
• Compile and prepare standardized reports and ensure proper documentation retention in compliance with audit and record-keeping guidelines.
  
  

What you'll bring:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any Accounting related course, with 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, billing, or AR/AP functions
• Familiarity with basic accounting processes, including data entry, reconciliations, and maintaining financial records.
• Ability to follow established procedures under close supervision while handling routine to semi-routine tasks with accuracy.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and experience with systems like MS Dynamics for general ledger entries.
• Strong foundational skills with the ability to learn company policies, adapt to processes, and recognize when to escalate or deviate from standard practices.
