A fast-growing technology company in the Architectural Services industry seeks a results-driven Customer Support Specialist. This role focuses on providing exceptional support to clients using our AI-powered SaaS platform for architectural layout planning and visualization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound client communications, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and provide updates.
  • Build strong client relationships and trust.
  • Review project information, requesting clarifications or missing details as needed.
  • Provide technical assistance and answer client questions via live chat and email.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, reporting technical problems to the relevant teams and keeping clients informed.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (required).
  • Experience with global clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required).
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Additional languages (e.g., French) a plus.
