Job Summary

Review support providers profiles, verify documents and check for compliance with Mable policies and procedures

Communicate with support providers or other individuals as required via an outbound call, email, live chat and SMS to assist support providers in completing the sign-up and registration process.

Identify and raise trends in enquiries or issues faced by support providers in seeking to get approved to operate on the Mable platform

Meet and exceed role KPIs and daily tasks while maintaining excellent quality

Ensure thorough and accurate record-keeping in Salesforce

Undertake Other Duties And Responsibilities As Required

Adhere to all company values, policies, and procedures

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: College level

At least 6 months of continuous BPO work experience

Proficient in English

Good level of communication skills both oral and written

Competent in the use of MS products/ Google and call centre tools

Competencies/Personality

Able to quickly build rapport and gain trust

Approachable, confident and competent phone manner

Meticulous attention to details and understanding of the importance of getting things right the first time

A multi-tasker with experience working across multiple channels

Process-driven but a nimble learner with the ability to adapt quickly when circumstances require it

Analytical and has a keen ability to solve problems

Maintains a high level of customer-centric attitude under pressure

Acts with urgency

Being a team player along with being able to work independently
