Your role:

As An Approval And Verification Specialist, You Will

• Review support providers profiles, verify submitted documents, and ensure compliance with all Mable policies and procedures.
• Communicate with support providers or other individuals as needed—via outbound call, email, live chat, and SMS—to assist them in completing the sign-up and registration process.
• Identify and escalate trends in inquiries or issues that support providers face when seeking approval to operate on the Mable platform.
• Consistently meet and exceed role Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and daily tasks while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Maintain thorough and accurate record-keeping within Salesforce.
• Undertake other duties and responsibilities as required, and adhere to all company values, policies, and procedures.
  
  

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• At least a college level education.
• A minimum of 6 months of continuous BPO work experience.
• Proficient in English (both written and oral).
• Competent in the use of MS products/Google applications and standard call center tools.
