Job Description

What Youll Do

  • Complete portfolio fraud risk analysis for all products (consumer loan, cash loan, revolving loan) quarterly with documented trend reports and action plans.
  • Implement fraud controls of new processes.
  • Detection & Investigation:
  • Detect and escalate of serious fraud cases
  • Calculate and report potential fraud losses for all flagged cases
  • Submit anti-fraud monitoring reports to Top Management and Head Quarter monthly
  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews for all team members.
  • Initiate cross-functional fraud prevention projects per year.

What You Need To Have:

  • At least 5 years previous experience in Fraud Risk management (non-customer service function) in financial technology (fintech) companies including fraud prevention, detection and investigation (consumer loan and transaction fraud)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience and tenure in people leadership/management supporting the fraud operations function
  • Experience in handling Antifraud projects and Fraud Risk Assessment is required
  • Knowledge on basic SQL programming language is required
  • Experience from the Operations department - underwriting/collections is desirable
