Job Description

Channel Strategy & Development: Create and execute the annual channel sales plan focusing on B2B.
Distributor Management: Own the development, negotiation, and management of channel partners, providing end-to-end support including business planning, inventory management, and point-of-sale activation to drive sales performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with the Sell-in team to share market intelligence and work with Marketing to localize and execute national campaigns across assigned channels.

The Successful Applicant

A strong educational background relevant to sales or engineering.
Proven expertise in selling aircondition systems or electrical appliances
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
The ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Experience in the industrial/manufacturing industry is an advantage.
A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving sales goals.
Strong leadership skills to manage and inspire a team.
Open to nationwide travel
Knowledgeable in usage of MS Excel
