Job Description

  • Channel Strategy & Development: Create and execute the annual channel sales plan focusing on B2B.
  • Distributor Management: Own the development, negotiation, and management of channel partners, providing end-to-end support including business planning, inventory management, and point-of-sale activation to drive sales performance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with the Sell-in team to share market intelligence and work with Marketing to localize and execute national campaigns across assigned channels.


The Successful Applicant

  • A strong educational background relevant to sales or engineering.
  • Proven expertise in selling aircondition systems or electrical appliances
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Experience in the industrial/manufacturing industry is an advantage.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving sales goals.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and inspire a team.
  • Open to nationwide travel
  • Knowledgeable in usage of MS Excel
