AI Developer

Job Summary

The AI Developer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining artificial intelligence solutions that support business operations, automation, analytics, and user experience improvements. This role involves integrating AI models, machine learning solutions, and intelligent automation into existing systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and solutions.
• Build and maintain machine learning models, chatbots, AI agents, and automation workflows.
• Integrate AI services and APIs into company systems and platforms.
• Train, test, and optimize AI/ML models for accuracy and performance.
• Develop AI-driven solutions for operational efficiency, reporting, and decision-making.
• Work closely with business units to identify opportunities for AI implementation.
• Analyze datasets and prepare data pipelines for AI and machine learning processes.
• Monitor AI system performance and continuously improve model outputs.
• Ensure security, compliance, and ethical use of AI technologies.
• Create technical documentation, workflows, and user guides.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AI-related systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in AI development, machine learning, or software engineering.
• Knowledge of AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or similar technologies.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and system integrations.
• Experience developing AI chatbots, copilots, or intelligent automation solutions is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Experience

• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in AI development, software development, machine learning, or related fields.
• Experience in developing and deploying AI-powered applications, chatbots, or automation systems.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI APIs and services into web or business applications.
• Experience working with databases, REST APIs, and cloud-based environments.
• Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or AI assistants is an advantage.
